2024: A Year of Resilience
2024 has been a challenging year, marked by the ongoing conflict in Gaza, which has had profound effects on the region's economic and social landscape. Despite these difficulties, Hebron Consulting has remained steadfast in its commitment to fostering growth, stability, and innovation across various sectors. ​

Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Green Economy: We have supported projects that promote sustainable entrepreneurship and the transition to green economies, aligning with both national and international development goals.
Supporting Startups: We remain committed to fostering entrepreneurship by offering free consultations to small startups. By guiding these emerging businesses through the challenges of their early stages, we provide them with the strategic insights and support they need to succeed in a competitive market.
Economic Development Initiatives: We successfully coordinated several NGO funded initiatives aimed at supporting local and regional economic development, with a focus on enhancing service delivery and promoting sustainable practices.
Education and Curriculum Development: We conducted 2 projects related educational reforms (TVET and Primary education) that contribute to the development of critical thinking, inclusiveness, and the overall quality of education.
Commercial and Investment Ventures: Hebron Consulting has played a crucial role in managing and providing strategic consulting for significant commercial projects. This includes our involvement with the Zaytona Center—a large-scale shopping mall and office complex in Hebron—and the Dahdor Group for Contracting and Investment, where we developed comprehensive investment strategies and provided high-level marketing consulting.
​​Our work in 2024 included:
Capacity Building: We conducted a comprehensive 4 day course on M&E to the NGO sector, most notably the USAID grants unit. Our expertise also encompasses providing capacity-building support for small enterprises, focusing on essential financial tools like excel.
